mw tanya nih kl makan malam perlu nasi kah? apa siang aja? krn bdan q lambat bgt turunnya sdh diimbangi dg olahraga jg... tp malamnya kdg mkn diatas jm 6 bisa ampe jm 8 br bs makan dan itu pakai nasi.. apa ga perlu makan nasi ya kl malam? mhn bagi info donks trms
