Feeling depressed on my weight keeps increasing and not going back down ,haven't changed the way i have been eating and working ourtside since the weather is nice getting the yard in order for the garden to go in and cleaning my dairy goats pens and still the weight is climbing but i also deal with hypothyroidism which is a slow metabolism which makes losing very difficult :-(

Feeling really blessed my weight has begun to come back down , I deal with a slow thyroid so it really makes losing weight really rough and depressing at times when it climbs way back up again :-)

Today after weigh in after the holidays i'm feeling a little discouraged about the scale weigh in i have onece again gained back up but can see the changes in my body waist is smaller and clothes are changing but discouraging to weigh in and be back up on the scale :-(
