So this morning I did not have time to write but I do now. My friend is having a party tonight...hope it doesn't have a bunch of "crappy" food there. Have not budged on my weight but it will come off sooner or later, hopefully sooner than later.

Aaron cooked chili dogs and I asked him not to make mine with the bun so he just gave me a hot dog, chili & cheese...and it filled me up. I need to get more Omega 3 in my diet, my brain keeps crashing in the afternoon, although this morning it does not feel very alert either. I have to study for biology and I just can't seem to focus. My fried Katrina comes over to swim in the mornings and we usually go out at 8, but she asked me if we could go out at 11 instead to let the pool warm up. That is good with me but I am so use to the 8 am thing...and she asked to come over to sleep on my couch, so here I am typing (suppose to be studying) and she is snoring on my couch...makes me want to sleep too. I think I woke up too early this morning, but I don't want to go back to bed, I actually want to go work out and then come back home and study...well I told her it would be OK so I guess I got myself into this. I will try to study more...

So I called my Dr office to check my weight from when I started to see her. She had asked me to start loosing weight at least 5 lbs in 3 months. OK I figured I could do that. So I called them today to find out what my starting weight was there....238....GERRR. I have gained weight! Now my new goal is to to be 233 by the 23rd of this month. Just keep thinking 'I can do this' and it will get done.

Back to college this morning, I feel great! Slept better than I have in months and I was energized at 3 this morning, but I went back to sleep.
My challenge does not seem to be working so I guess I will try to do it again. I guess you can't do more than one challenge a round...
