Well I was rather chuffed today with my progress. I stepped on the scale as I said I would weigh in the next tuesday (after weighing in at 80kg last week tuesday). I honestly was already sulking, not knowing how the number would turn out but was absolutely shocked to see I had lost 2.2kgs. It sounds like a ridiculous number but I do get a lot of exercise done with all the walking I'm forced to do as well as the dance classes I teach and attend. I've also stopped eating as much as I have been for the past 2 months, so lets keep this going!
Healthy, fit and happy here we come! XD

I'm looking forward to weighing in on Tuesday I hope to be 79 or less. I've been working out slowly but surely cause I am getting over a cold but I've been fairly good diet wise. I finally feel motivated to lose all of this weight again, thank goodness! I was starting to worry about my self control and well as lack of discipline. I want to post a before picture and then a monthly picture to show my progress, but for now here are my goals!
Short Term & Long Term:
1. Lose 1kg per week
2. Lose 5kgs by 1 Oct '13
3. Weigh 70kgs or less before my dance showcase (End of Oct)
4. Bikini Body ready for December Holiday
5. Weigh 65kgs or less on my birthday (22 Dec '13)
6. Weigh 62kg before Uni Starts (Feb '14)
7. Firm, Fit and Fine
