Ok let me start the boredom diet as I’m a) gonna reduce my gastrointestinal flare-ups and b) shed those excess pounds and become lean again

Hi everyone
I’m struggling today as bedridden. I started well but ended today eating four apple turnovers. When I’m bedridden I can just about pull my achey body to the corner shop and as we all know the place offers savings on multiple buys.

So to date I’ve lost 5lbs since lockdown, -1.0 kg BMI now 23.1, -2.6% fat index, -2.2kg fat mass.
Happy yes because I still eat what I like but I eat simply. Lentil
and pea flour pasta (no sauce just stock cubes for flavour) I eat no more than 1500 calories and 1200 on an exceptional day. Almost kicked my comfort eating into touch. Guilty pleasures:- halloumi and chocolate eclairs
