secara hitung2an bb masih dibatas maksimal ideal, tapi kata orang2 kurus.
btw, sudah 1 bulan gak data kalori makanan, tp alhamdulillah bb masih balance.
sedang bikin program latihan angkat beban utk bulan puasa biar tetap jalan, tapi gak ganggu aktivitas ramadhan jg.
mgkn bisa latihan sebelum maghrib, atau setelah shalat tarawih.
dan kalau biasanya 5kali/ minggu, mulai sekarang nyoba mulai 3kali/minggu tapi dengan durasi yg lebih lama.
gak pakai ribet, cukup skipping, 2 dumbbell. dan kursi panjang.
untuk temen2, semangat ya semuanya. jangan sampai menderita karena diet ya..haha
