Soooo, yesterday (10/29) I wayyyy over ate!! I looked at the calender, and behold, I'm approaching that "time of the month" ...so I'm craving everrryyy thing and eating someee of it as well :-P

WOOT WOOT!!! lost about 3 lbs...and this was my first weekend trying not to binge drink! :D it went pretty well. I just want to stay consistent!!

Day 2:
...surprisingly, not so bad, my feelings toward this “tracking my food” I mean. I've put in my food for the day before 10am...and I have 400cals less...which need to be added, I don’t want to be too far under what is required.
In a nutshell, day 2 feel good :)
