Didn't do too well today. I've had a rough week and just feel run down. I have to take my youngest daughter to her appointment tomorrow to see her Orthopedic( which is an hour and a half away in Akron) for xrays in her new scoliosis brace since her curve has increased ☹ my heads pounding, I didn't really have the energy to do much more than toss a pizza in the oven. I had 3 slices and with amy stomach ulcer I could have though that through better.

Well I had a cheat day. Its memorial Day and my family cooked out and had some not too healthy foods.

steady weight

I haven't weighed myself this week, but I made it almost a week staying under 2,000 calories. I have been doing 20- 24 hour IF. My goal is mostly to keep a steady weight but I would like to drop a few more pounds. Last year this time I weighted a little over 200lbs and now I'm 160, I gained weight 9 years ago after having my 4th child but what really caused me to gain was quitting smoking. I gained around 70 lbs. Now I'm on the right track💪
