Here I am, one pound up. I'm not disappointed as I did try to eat more than what I had been and at the same time up my movement. Walked more, using stairs if available and even bought one of those twist boards. That board may seem easy but I sure can feel it in my waist and thighs. I have to do better with eating consistently, every few hours... keep fueling the fire... going to incorporate an evening walk after dinner now that the rain is over. Lets see how this plays out next week. Have a great week everyone. Our country is in turmoil but we have to all stay strong!

Well I failed this week at losing a pound. What did I do wrong??? I am sure it was skipping lunch. when I lost weight the previous week I ate a salad I think everyday. So I will try to be more diligent and make my lunch before going to bed so I have no excuse. I walked a few times but I know not enough. Why is it we know what it takes but don't follow through??? Hmm... I need to work on that. Have a great week everyone! Eat your meals... and drink you liquid!!! I say liquid because I drink more coffee and tea than water this time of the year...

So I was pleasantly surprised with a three pound loss this morning. I haven't been writing what I eat, but I have been mindful of what I eat. I am staying away from as much processed food as possible.. it's working....
