Well, I'm okay. I'm at the same weight, but must be because I busted butt yesterday. Now, I have to get myself back into losing. Why oh why did I do that to myself??? I need to remember that it wasted at least 3 days of losing so far. Got to fight those cravings. Or find something suitable to help. Not much else to say. Just hope I can get back into losing! *fingers crossed*
Ok, I have decided to make smaller goals for myself. Thought maybe it would keep me focused. At least seem easier to obtain. So I've changed my goal weight; when I reach it, I will change it again.

Ok, this past week was a little rough. Cravings, Cravings, and more Cravings! Only 1 thing to blame it on! TOM IS COMING! I did cheat on Friday night. General Tso's Chicken again! But, I found out that the chicken isn't so bad on carbs, but extremely high in sodium. Like over 3000 grams. Hope the info was right. The rice is awful in carbs, so I cut back on that. Had an egg roll too! Felt awful again just like the first time. So why do I do it??? It's so hard everyday being in a house with another adult and 4 children who do not eat the same way I do, and I don't expect them to. But, I will be ok. I will weigh in tomorrow. I was strict with yesterday, but was so busy didn't have much time to be on here. Today, I plan on exercising my tail off and drinking tons of water. Hopefully tomorrow the scales won't show me too bad of news. But with all that sodium, I'm sure there will be some gain. I don't want to see them right now. Figured I give myself a couple of days before looking! LOL! But regardless if they show weight gain, which I'm sure they will, I will weigh in. I definitely don't want to see it go up on the graph, but it will only show me why I don't want to cheat myself again. Got to work harder now. Hope everyone else is doing well! Ok, so have to get off here, and work-out to get back on track!

WHOA!!! Yesterday was absolutely crazy! Messed up taxes (stupid mistake), and now will have to wait 8 weeks for a refund. Spent 55 minutes on the phone with the IRS to tell me that. My 3 year old is really sick. Took him and the baby to the doctor's. But was late. Figured it would only take 30 mins or so to get the ice off the van windows. But my heated scraper was no where to be found! So 50 minutes after starting the van, I'm out there with buckets of hot water and a broken kitchen spatula! Funny now that I think about. Wasn't so much yesterday! Anyway, my little boy gets coughing so hard he was throwing up. Poor little guy! He is borderline bronchitis/pneumonia and the doc thinks he may have asthma. ASTHMA??? Nobody in my family has ever had it. But it all makes sense now! So got him some strong antibiotics and an inhaler. Baby just turned 4 months old on Saturday and weighs in at 19.1 lbs!!! His 6-9 month rockstar outfit he got for Christmas (soooo cute!) was retired after yesterday. Too small! So I guess I'll have to start buying 12 mos sizes for my 4 month old! Love his rolls! Then I realize at 530 I forgot my chiropractor appt. The doc actually answered the phone because there were so many cancellations and nobody was there! I felt so awful wasting his time. And I so needed to go. Then go to Walmart last night and experienced my first stalking experience. Some guy followed me around the entire store. I actually thought he was loss prevention. He even waited for me to check out, and walked outside before me. Scary!!! I had already told somebody about it, so they got a description and watched him leave. I called them back once I got home only to find out the same man had been stalking another woman and her child! The guy didn't have a cart, and didn't even buy anything, but spent an hour in the store watching me! SO CREEPY! So with all the craziness of yesterday, I didn't go to bed till 230am. Too wound up! Wonder how well I'll be with exercising today. Already have another appt. Gosh! I'm so bogged down with appts all the time. But, that's what comes with a large family.
SO.... Guess the sugar free candy wasn't such a bad idea! Lost 2 lbs by this morning! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have never in my life stuck to a diet more than 2 weeks! I feel like I can accomplish anything, and now I have the energy to do it!!!

OK, SEE HOW MY WEEKS IS GOING??? I JUST PUT IN AN EXTRA 10 LBS ON MYSELF! DUH!!!!! Where is my brain? I think I lose an enormous amount of brain cells with every child I've had! LOL!

WOW! Another lb gone! I'm LOVING this! I made it to my first mini goal. I'm getting my hair done! Another 10lbs to go, and I'll get another reward! This is going pretty well now! For some reason, I had a sweet tooth last night, and was out of my Atkins shakes, but I did not falter. I'll have to make sure I get some more shakes and maybe the bars tonight to calm those cravings. It really does help me! I FEEL GREAT!
