Not seeing the scale change but I am definitely seeing results! Scale says I gained 6 pounds of muscle. Whatever Im feeling confident to finally put on a two piece bathing suit that is enough for me! 💃Continuing to workout hard and eat healthy.

Finally seeing the scale go down lol I have been monitoring how much I eat and its working! Yay!

I haven't been on here and I feel so guilty because I have not been doing good on my diet. I am starting the week off right with a 24 hour fast. Haven't ate since 6pm yesterday, cannot wait for dinner, going to try eating healthier and less! I am definitely overeating during my window so gonna try and be more mindful. Hope everyone is having a good day!
