Today i walked outside at morning (4-5 o'clock) it was about 1 hour, and just now i finished my daily workout🎉 (I do my cardio in home with treadmill) I know its not too much but i try my bestt hahah

It. Was. Delicious. Today i prepared myself menemen* as a breakfast but actually without green paper and onion. And i add some feta cheese (it was perfect for this meal haha) So.. It's not menemen i guess :)

I cooked chicken and potatoes in oven for my dinner. And some tomatoes on the top, perfect! (Its too much i know, but believe me im still loosing weight) <3 (Because i do workouts of course hahha)

It's a smoothie for breakfeast, but in a huge
mug! (couldn't finish) This mrning dont wanna
prepare smething for myself so i just mixup
some fruits (1 green apple, 1/2 banana, 2
spoon oatmeal and 1 glass protein milk with
caffeine (15gr protein). <3
