I don't know why I've only lost a pound in a week. I was ravenously hungry on Wednesday and ended up eating fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy at a local restaurant. I paid for it the next day by vomiting half the day. Then, my blood sugar was way down so I did a bit more pigging out, this time with a cinnamon bun my kids had around.
I think I'm back on track today. I just ate lunch, and so far so good.

This is the 10th day of my diet and I am soooo hungry. I don't understand it. So far, I've eaten nearly half a rotisserie chicken and leftover meatloaf from last night's supper. I haven't gone over, but I usually have a lot more food in reserve for the end of the day.
Maybe I haven't been eating enough. I looked over my diet calendar, and I'm averaging 600 calories less than I'm allowed. I'll try upping it.

This just works for me. I try to stick with low GI foods and anti-inflammatory foods.

I know you're not supposed to weigh every day, but here in this first couple of weeks, when I will drop a little every day, I want to record it.!

I've been gone for awhile. I guess over a year. Lots has happened. I've gained weight, but I'm determined to get back on that healthy path I was on.
