Up 0.1 kilo this week, but after being told last Friday that I have breast cancer, and told on Monday that my blood markers are up and that may very well be linked to a cyst they found on my ovaries, I don't mind so much. :) (True story by the way; find me as Donna Keevers Driver on Facebook.) I didn't over eat this week, but I didn't bother to count calories either. Calorie counting starts again today.

I behaved so well this week, living beneath calorie count most days, and slightly slipping over (less than 100 calories) on a couple of days. I felt better, felt thinner, then... this. :( Then Facebook memories reminded me I was FORTY KILOS lighter than this 5 years ago... Ouch. but I guess Facebook reminded me what happens when you give up on yourself, so I'll count that a blessing and keep going. Fingers crossed the scales will catch up next week.

Sourdough bread, avocado, and Vegemite. The Vegemite spices up the avocado (which I find rather bland) while the avocado reduces the salty tang of the Vegemite. Great for breakfast or brunch. 245 calories.
