Good morning, today is officially day 14 of Phase 1. I think I'm going to extend my phase 1 a little due to the fact that I am not working out right now, as soon as I get back into my routine I will start Phase 2.
Breakfast: eggs, cheese, tomatoes, ham 233 cal, 11 fat, 2 carbs
Snack: peanut butter, 123 cal, 10 fat, 4 carbs
Snack 2: Beef jerkey, 40 cal, 0 fat, 4 carbs
Lunch: Tuna Salad, tomatoes, veggies 240 cal, 9 fat, 15 carbs
Snack: 15 walnuts 185 cal, 15 fat, 5 carbs
Dinner: chicken salad and beans 206 cal, 9 fat, 13 carbs
Totals: 1027 cal, 54 fat, 43 carbs

So thank God I did not eat the cookies, but I did eat waaayyy to many honey roasted peanuts, I skipped dinner as punishment. Today has been better though.
Breakfast: eggs, cheese, tomatoes, ham 233 cal, 11 fat, 2 carbs

Lunch: thin sliced ham, bean salad, coleslaw 260 cal, 3 fat, 39 carbs

It is my day off and I want cookies I don't know where the urge has come from and why it is so strong but I really hope I don't give in I will let you know tomorrow......

Well another beautiful day,

Snack: peanut butter 123 cal, 10 fat, 4 carbs
I am really excited to get back home and add some variety to my diet. It does get pretty tiresome eating the same things every day. But I keep telling myself it's worth it! :) As for my calorie intake, you might be right but I guess I just figured since I'm not active right now it would be best not to exceed 1000 calories a day. Once I get back home and start working out again I'll increase my caloric intake.
Lunch: Turkey salad, cheese, croutons, tomatoes 283 cal, 22 fat, 5 carbs
Snack: 15 mixed nuts 185 cal, 15 fat, 5 carbs
Dinner: chicken salad 179 cal, 9 fat, 9 carbs
Total: 1003 cal, 67 fat, 25 carbs

So I am holding steady at

. So I am going to maybe change something around in my eating.
I guess I can be happy I didn't gain. And I haven't been working out so that could also be why I'm holding steady. I do feel a whole lot better so I'm just going to keep truckin'.

Totals: 926 cal, 58 fat, 20 carbs
I think I did a little bit better today..... My fat intake is high but everyone tells me not to worry about that so I'm not going to! :)
