Yesterday I reacted...wasn't pretty, ate 1/2 container of Hagen Daz Carmel Cone Ice Cream, some chips, 8 oz pomegranate juice have to turn off the "idiot box"...

A tough day - my cardiologist said that a pacemaker is the only choice left - cried all the way home and wanted to stop by Popeye's for fried chicken and dairy queen - haven't decided what I will do.... Glucose is under 200 for 90% of the day - still fighting why it goes up when I don't eat. YUK!!! News doesn't help....

Feeling horrible today - Ozempic has got to go. Now that I know how to count carbs and this is the easiest program ever! Yesterday was the first day ever that I was under 200 on my glucose reader. I think that this time it will work!
