I have started with EOD (Every other day) diet. this is the first week and see how it goes. I really like it because it is so easy to follow and no cravings at all. Basically is every other day, you just eat no more than 500 cal, the other days are feast days and you can eat whatever. any of you following also this?

Nutella healthy recipe and delicious: 100 gr8 of hazelnuts, 50 gr of water, 6 crushed dates, 10 gr of dark cocoa and vanilla. mixed all..it is delicious! and can be eaten without feeling guilty😁
