Not weighing in for awhile. Why make myself unhappy? Went to mom and dad's for 5 days, ate too much. Backslid, as usual. Not gonna be back to 162 for a couple months, likely. Still on the g*ddamned diet. >.<

Brought my calorie count down to 1200/day, 6 days a week. Seems to have jump-started my weight loss again, along with not eating ANYTHING I want on Saturdays. On Saturdays now, I practice eyeballing the basic calorie count, then try not to go over 1750.
This coming up weekend is our 23rd anniversary, so I'll likely go over that count. But I'm choosing lobster, so maybe I wont. ;)

Most days I do fine on my 1300 cal./day diet. And then comes Saturday. Oink. I think that maybe it's the 'free' Sat. that's sabotaging my diet success. From now on, I'm really gonna try to not go overboard in the evenings. I'm so sick of seeing my weight sit still /go up 1 lb. for months and months on end. *sigh* On this diet for more than 3.5 years, now. My life feels like a diet. >.<
