So detox is FINALLY OVER!! I got a little antsy and ended up weighing myself last night instead of waiting until this morning. I lost 5 pounds!! Yay! My only worry now is that im going to louisiana for the weekend and i will probably indulge.

Day 8 of detox, CANNOT wait to get some meat!!! Ive been doing pretty good, though i did have 2 cheetos yesterday, but im not beating myself up about it.
I just have a question about working out with my heart in the fat burning zone. I had mostly ignored this until yesterday and just worked out as hard as i could. But yesterday i decided to follow the rules and tried to keep my heart rate around 140. That was almost impossible, the lowest i could get it was the mid 150's, even then i felt like i was doing close to nothing. Does anyone else have this problem ?

I am at the end of day 6 of detox (only 3 more to go!!!). The last two days i have really been craving a subway sandwich; meat ,cheese, and bread, Mmmmm! As easy as it would be to cheat and then just say ill add another day to detox or work out longer, i refuse to.
However i have been thinking about going back to what i did last year to lose weight after the nine days. Its very similar to FS but it would kinda be like skipping phase II. I dont want to disappoint anyone, but it really worked for me last time. I know that the only reason i gained the weight back is because after my husband got back from Iraq i just wanted to sit around the house with him (i quit working and took a break from school) and cook big (bad) meals for him,
but
I am sooooo over that now. I have to get back to taking care of me.

I was absolutely starving last night. I was eating all day (the right things) and just stayed hungry. It probably has something to do with the meds im on , theyre not really letting me keep anything down.
So basically i had my first cheat last night,
5 ritz crackers
!
After that i just went to bed.
Today should be better, i went grocery shopping this morning and got some smoothie ingredients, hopefully those will keep me feeling full longer.
Wish me luck though because my stomaches still upset.
