Had my WI today --- later in the day than usual (had both breakfast AND lunch) I'm down 6 ounces...not as much as I would LIKE it to be, but after the plateau, I'm a happy camper!!!!! (well, not INCREDIBLY happy, but.....) <VBG>

I am upset as can be....sad, frustrated, depressed - after 2 days of Take Off and on the 4th day of the 5-day Follow UP....I lost almost 4 pounds, but today gained 6 ounces. So maybe the same old 5 pounds is still making me lose it over and over some more?????

I've been on the 2-day Take Off, and now 2 days into the 5-day Follow Up. And at WI today, I was DOWN!!!! I'm VERY excited as I've been in a 2-week plateau....
But then I had a dentist app't....couple fillings. UGH!!! So I'm behind in everything.... And do NOT want to stay up late enough to get it all in either!!!!

I hate scales. Had my WI - gained 2 ounces. Not bad you say - but that's on top of 2 ounces Tuesday and a couple pounds last week, and a couple week before - and I've been doing the plan -- no blizzards and such...
Today I was with the manager - and she suggested I do the TO and then the 5 days "plateau buster". I don't know if I can do it - I get hunger sometimes on the plan, let alone take away so much!!!
I suggested it was the yoga class on Monday nights and the Gazelle.....
