Decided to try Jenny for structure. Need to learn how to enjoy food by feeling satisfied instead of full, Stayed on track until an emotion that's uncomfortable leads me to the fridge. My hope is that this wil

Working extra shifts and this helps me to loose weight, because I usually eat healthier at work. The problem starts when I get home and since I am not getting home until 9:30pm, I workout and then want something sweet. I ate the last ice cream sandwich last night and plan to slow down on the sweet tooth. I no longer have a scale because I am in need of a new one. Meanwhile, I am definately loosing inches, but the belly is turning out to be the most difficult to get rid of, but I am not giving up, NO WAY.!!!!!
