Semingguan sudah, IF 20/4 (puasa 20 jam, eating window 4 jam).
Hari ini... 36 jam puasa. Makan trakhir kmarin malam jam 20, baru akan makan lagi besok pagi jam 8 :).
Gimana rasanya? Pusing ngga? Lemes ngga? Laper ngga? Ini pertanyaan2 orang sekitar.
Perasaan gw saat ini: fokus, energiek, happy, ga mikirin makanan.
Hari ini kegiatan lumayan banyak (lumayan sibuk): dimulai dengan workout, trus kerja wfh full agenda meetings, disambil belanja mingguan, disambil anter jemput anak skolah dan les. Mungkin juga itu yang bikin gw ga mikirin makanan.
Skarang da beres kerja, waktunya workout lagi. Sejak corona dan wfh, gw split waktu latihan gw jadi 2x. Pagi sblom mulai kerja dan sore sesudah waktu kerja.
Ada ga member fs disini yang puasa juga? Dah berapa lama dan kerasa ga efeknya?
Oiya, yang ikut IF di track pake app kah progressnya? Gw iya, pake app zero.

Breakfast (stlah 20 jam puasa). Tanpa tepung dan tanpa gula.
Havermout pancake. Dengan topping madu, cacao nibs, buah2 berries, parutan kelapa (kering).
