I have still not gotten back on track since my daughter left. I have my good days and my bad ones. I really think for me the phase 1 (even though it's awfully hard) and phase 2 are best for me. I can't seem to add things in moderation. I think I'm going to have to stay in those 2 phases and "cheat" every once in a while. I'm just not a self control type of person with my eating. Wish me luck everyone.

I'm going to start fresh today. It's been a very hectic week, but I will undo all the bad the rest of this week. My husband said he can see the progress in my body...I can't just yet. It takes me about 20 lbs to go 1 size in clothing.

My daughter is visiting from Michigan and she has gained about 50 lbs since Christmas. I was shocked!! How do you say something without it being an ugly statement? She is very aware, she just doesn't do anything. I even gave her some of my jeans because all she wears is sweatpants. She didn't want to know what size they were because she said she would cry. I don't blame her.
