Had a OB check up today. My labs are mostly good, iron little low so I need to add more iron rich food- red meat!! Yum. They will recheck a few weeks and if still on the lower end then they will do infusions. No gestational diabetes!

3 days of eating like crap (a lot of pumpkin flavor stuff😂)and not going to the gym. I really thought it would be worst. But I think I needed the rest days. My body not sore at all today. But I didn’t need all the pumpkin flavor goodies. Lol.
Going in to the gym today for a upper body workout and having a nice walk this evening.

I have been craving salty foods the last two days. And boy does it show in my legs and weight. My ankles are the size of my calves, with little sausage looking toes. Lol. Time to put my feet up, compression socks on and push the salt away. Oh and pineapples. Eating pineapples after high sodium amounts helps. Yum 😋

People in real life get on my nerves. I am sure that the OB Dr, gastric Dr, nutritionalist, and personal trainer that I see routinely during this pregnancy know a little more about diet and weight than the average person at my job.
I feel like I am answering the same stuff everyday.
Yes, I eat enough.
Yes, the baby is growing fine.
Yes, it is okay to workout/weight train.
No, my belly isn’t too small.
No, pregnancy isn’t a reason to go crazy with my diet and food
Yes, I do get cravings and will indulge. I just find better alternatives, make myself with better ingredients or eat a smaller portion.
No, I am not gonna ruin my gastric sleeve surgery or result because I got pregnant. I weighed 286 lbs at my highest weight. No way in hell am I gonna get to that size again.

Love Wendy’s 4 for 4. But it is almost 1200 calories for it. So I recreated my own with healthier ingredients and it only 527 calories.
