halo. ada yg mau bantu jelasin soal kalori defisit?
umurku 23, bb 53, tb 150, aktifitasku weekdays kerja back office & ngegym sekitar 60 menit s/d 90 menit setiap hari.
pas ku hitung kalori di TDEE harusnya 1862. tapi aku turunin jadi 1200. setiap hari makanku gak sampe 1200, paling cuman 800an (emang gampang kenyang anaknya)
kira2 caraku bener gak yah?
