Sharing aja,.. jika ada yg ingin menghempaskan lemak dengan cepat, maka HIIT adalah kunci latihannya, saya pribadi tdk suka kardio krn alasan waktu maka Burpess adalah pilihan yg sangat cocok... setelah burpess, yg tersisa tinggalah kentut!
