I am a 36 year old mother of 2 children, ages 11 and 12. I live in Staten Island, NY. I have always struggled with weight. In high school, I was 140 and between a size 8 and 10. After having two 10 1/2 pound babies 11 months apart, I remained at 190 pounds for the next six years. After a lot of hard work, I worked my way down to 110 pounds and a size 0. I have put back on 25 pound over the last 2 years. I need some outside motivation. I just don't have it in me any more. I used to go to the gym every day. Now if I go 3 times a week, that's a lot. I want to get back into shape. Maybe with school starting this week, I'll put more effort into it.
