I've been on the 'weightloss train' more times than I can count, have invested hundreds of dollars in programs and personal training, and am pretty sure I could teach people myself. It's a matter of DOING IT for myself, and making that stick. So, I'm doing it. ON. MY. OWN. (well, no. I'm doing it with the support of a wonderful husband and an online community, but I'm no longer investing money into someone else's pocket).
I NEED to lose at least 50 lbs. So, I'm working on doing that. I started doing this on another app on Feb 11, 2021, and am down 4lbs 11 days later.
