I used to be a work-out, healthy eating, bodybuilding obsessed freak! I lost weight earlier this year by cutting down on my carb intake and eating more protein and healthy fats including veggies and some fruit. I was a personal trainer and had my own little boot-camp for ladies but .........no, I haven't fallen off the wagon just yet, I just went through some stressful situations that left me finding another job and as a single mom, having to keep up with my son's after-school activities and whatnot.. Maybe I am just making excuses...but since the summer now I haven't really kept up with myself. I've managed to still watch what I eat and for the past 6 months now I've really only gained like 5lbs! However, I am not at my ideal weight and I'm going to work really hard to get there. Now that I have a new love in my life and he's been very supportive in everything, I think I can do this and finally get to my goal. I'm hoping to start the new year as a new me and loving it!
