I am 37 and am starting to see how much harder it is to lose weight than it used to when I was in my 20's. I used to be able to eat like rice cakes and cup-of-soup and lose 10 lbs. really quickly, but I just don't want to suffer like that again!! I've tried Jenny Craig, Adkins, Nutrisystem, Arbonne, etc. The more that I try to diet, the more I gain back!! I just can't find time to exercise either, so that's another thing. I just hope this website helps!!!
