I gained 30 lbs through college then 10lbs since I started my career in May of 2008. I sit at a desk all day and I became a serial snacker.
Once I started my diet (which was reduced snacking and carb intake and I stopped eating after 9pm) in Late January and joined a gym. I lost 4lbs. But then valentines day hit. My boyfriend kept telling me how perfect I am while on our weekend get away (more so then usual) and saying how I did not need to loose any weight because I am God's gift to mankind. The weight loss dropped off along with the diet and I gained 4lbs.
But I am starting March 1, 2009 and ignoring the boyfriend's comments of my perfection. I want to be a healthier me with less of a gut! lol
