i am a 37 year old mother of two who works full-time. I am 35 pounds over weight and had been following Jenny Craig. However, with the budget being tight...Jenny had to go and now I'm on my own. I wake up at 5:30am and hit the treadmill and keep my caloric intake under 1200 calories. My goal is to reach 120 pounds by July or August and keep up the healthy lifestyle. I make sure to get in all my veggies and fruits each day and monitor my portion size. I have total support of my family and really appreciate that.
