I don't know where to begin. Ever since grade 9 of high school I've gained weight. I went to Europe in 2005 where I managed to loose a lot of it but not enough. Now the weight is back up again from personal problems and I decided to take a shot and try to get it back down. A lot of the diets I've tired, I ended up finding something wrong with them and I was not able to continue them. Now that I'm going into college this fall it would be really nice to lose some weight and get fit for my program which requires a lot of cardio. So here I am, sharing my story...any comments or suggestions are great....even critisim would do me good...so feel free to critise
