After 26 years of being the smallest skinniest kid in the world I embarked on a regimen of weight training that put 30 lbs of muscle on my 145 lb body.
4 years later that 30 pounds of muscle had turned into 44 pounds of fat.
I got into cycling and then Ironman Triathlons. My low race weight has been right around 140. At 41 years old I find that I'm able to train effectively (if not sufficiently) by eating anything I want but I watch portion sizes and try not to over do it too often while working out several times per week.
