I'm a short (5'0) soon to be 25 year old who just left college and got a new job! I started college at around 110 lbs and now I'm up to 130-135 lbs. My appetite is unstable. I have a boyfriend with a voracious appetite as well as a voracious metabolism and its hard keep up. A desk job isnt helping anything really except loading on the guilt of how little exercise im getting.
Hopefully a little motivation and tracking my diet and exercise will help!
