Hello I am 34 years old Registered Respiratory Therapist Manager who works full time. I have let go of myself because of my busy life style. Finally I am taking charge of my life. I have no desires for the old habits that I used to do. Such as eating my snickers and having a cold coke daily. Food is no longer a comfort for me. Although I will one day enjoy these snacks occasionally but not on a regular basis as I used to.
