So, I am pretty new to dieting and weightloss.
I am now 30 years old, and have always been over weight to some degree. through covid I have managed to climb up to almost 300 lbs.
about 5 months ago I was diagnosed as diabetic and have had put myself into a mental gear to finally achieve my goals. it is no longer a want, this is now a NEED.
Since then I have dropped down to around 245-250 lbs, but have plateaued the last month.
I have now began a work out regiment and counting my calories to push the final 50 lbs to reach my end goal of 200 lbs.
