I'm a 33 year old mother of three young children. I saw my weight start to increase during my time in college, after I was married, after each of my children. Now it's been a struggle to keep it off. I'm a nurse-people think nurses are supposed to be healthy; most of us are, but we also bring in and eat a lot of non-nutritious foods at work.
Lately I've noticed that my energy has been running low and that I'm tired all the time. I want to get back my youthful healthy self and have the energy I need to keep up with my children. I think that developing a healthy lifestyle now is important for me not only for my own health, but to set a good example for my children as well.
