In September 2015, I enlisted the services of a nutritionist to help tackle the following issues: constant belly bloating, recent weight gain, new food allergies, chronic hives and amenorrhea. After a few intense therapy sessions, I went home with a purse full of supplements and a gluten-free, dairy-free, modified Paleo meal plan.
As I'm someone who needs to see things in writing to fully absorb them, I'll be keeping this Fatsecret journal to help record my meals, moods and overall journey toward a healthier me.
