Started at 205lbs December 2020. Currently Losing 1.2lbs a week!👏😃
I love to cook but sometimes I like an easy frozen dinner, I stay away from beef, poultry, and pork. I eat fish, eggs, and dairy.
Sometimes I do OMAD, high protein is important. I have found for me snacking less on junk food and sweets and eating regular portion controlled meals works best because I do love bread and carbs in general.
I love water and have no problem drinking over a liter a day.
2/16/21 Update:
I started using my elliptical machine 30 mins today. Hope to work up to 1hr a day.
My goal is to get to a healthy BMI range for my age and height which would be around 130lbs.
6/8/21 Update:
I forgot my password and uploaded all my meals from 3/28 to today. I sign in with my recovered password and lose everything but I am down from 205lbs to 172lbs.
Calorie counting and exercises at least 30 mins 3 to 5 days works for me.
Gotta keep going 💪 💯 🙏
