So..... here goes.... LOL.... Another attempt to lose the weight. When my hubby deployed overseas last year in September I was determined to lose weight and lost roughly 60 lbs. He was super suprised when he got home :) Since April my eating habits have slipped back to what they were.... overeating often and indulging in tons of processed and high sugar foods. I'm hoping to try to wean myself off of these habits and attempt to go at it the same way I did before. I ate lots of fresh fruits, veggies and chicken breast.... definately difficult but suprisingly I got used to it and learned to crave those foods! Any support is definately welcome as I'm pretty sure I need some ACCOUNTABILITY!
