I am a 36 year old mom (of a beautiful 16 year old girl), fulltime employee, fulltime student, and very soon to be wife (to the worlds most amazing man.) I am always busy but a few years ago I re-prioritized my life when I was diagnosed with cancer. I kicked its butt and now I *try* to be healthier where I can and make time for myself. Working out and eating right need to be habits that are just a daily part of my life, not something I dread and not something I put off because of other obligations. I am my first priority, if I don’t take care of myself how will I be able to care for anyone else? I'm hoping to build those habits and stay accountable to my goals by being here on these boards with you fine readers.
