Hi everyone! A year ago, I decided to take responsibility for my wellbeing and appearance. I spent my 20's abusing my health and body by working long hours as a truck driver, having bad habits by over consuming food and drinks🍔🍺, rarely exercising due to the lack of time & energy, and having no goals to pursue. Today, as of 05/28/2024 I am in the best shape of my life, I managed to change jobs into IT which allows me to allocate time to cook and eat better. I do strength training 3 times per week and I make sure to do my 10,000 steps everyday. But that is just the beginning. I keep telling to myself... can you imagine where will you be and how will you look next year??
