I am an introvert so I am not here to make friends and build relationships. I am here to get and provide support from a community with the goal to lose weight.
Lockdown got the best of me and I know I need to make a drastic change to avoid a downward spiral. I can't stress enough how tired I am of yo-yo dieting so I now avoid fad diets INCLUDING keto, fasting etc.
Started a balanced diet with a 500cal deficit on 7 June 2021, eating foods beneficial for A+ blood type, which is mostly vegetarian. This is purely for health reasons as I have chronic digestive problems.
Currently following a micronutrient ratio as follow:
Fat: 20% - 35%
Protein: 10% - 35%
Carbs (YES, CARBS): 45% - 65%
I have done a lot of research on eating healthy and balanced and would like to learn from those who would like to share their knowledge.
