I am a proud Mom of 2 amazing little girls. After the birth of my 2nd, it was so much harder to lose the baby weight. But in 2019 I managed to lose the excess 15 pounds following Weight Watchers, 3 years after she was born. Then in 2020, with all the stress of that year <<<changes in routines, reduced activity, working from home>>> it all came back!
So, here I am. Weight Watchers worked great for me in the past, however I didn't like the lack of visibility in the way that they track "points". I couldn't see my calorie intake, macros, etc. So I thought I'd give this a try. I'm starting with 1500 calorie intake and will adjust as I go. Wish me luck!
