I am 63 years old. When I turned around 53 started putting on weight. I was at that time 63kgs. Just before Christmas I went to the doctors where I was weighed and found I was 100kgs. I knew I had put on a lot of weight but did not realize it was that much. I have thyroid problems which could have caused some of it. I am now trying working at getting it off again and have lost 9kgs but it is very slow going. I have a treadmill which using around 2 to 3 hours a day. Working in half hour lots. I also have artritis in back and knees which can be painful at times. Knowing what to eat when hungry is hard. Perhaps others with this problems could tell me what they have done.
