Spring Goal-March 21st +3 days into me being 32+279lbs-26.6 lbs to lose that is about 2.5 lbs a week.
Future Goals:
Summer-June 21st-249-30lbs in 13 weeks-~2.2 lbs a week to lose
Autumn-September 21st+219=30 lbs in 14 weeks ~2.1 lbs a week to lose
Winter-December 21st+ (my <3's name day)+189=30lbs in 14 weeks ~2.1 lbs a week to lose
January 5,2013+185.6++No Longer Obese!+++
I know this is going to be a challenge. I know these are big goals. But I also know it is obtainable with exercise and sticking within the calorie recommendations for losing that amount each week
