About 5 years ago I weighed the same as I did last month...184..at that time I joined Weight watchers On Line and successfully lost weight down to my goal of 150 at that time. It took a LOT of dedication...but it gets easier. After about 6 months I slowly returned to my over-eating habits...
I peaked again at that ugly 184 and decided to start watching my weight again...nice to find a free site (Calorie King used to be free and I used that after WW).
Back to counting calories and watching what I eat and also doing more work on the Elliptical as well as walking the dogs. I am also active with my horse, however that has never been enough.
For me it's more about food than exercise. When on WW I didn't even bother with extra exercise and the pounds came off. It's not easy though.
I love food, so this is a sacrifice.
