I am recovering from a slip and fall accident that happened in 2013. After a few surgeries and still pain, I'm trying to get back to my life. I exercise about 45 minutes every day, I was doing all cardio but a few friends of mine told me that I'm wasting my time, I need to do weight training for a better, stronger outcome. So here I am :)
