I try to eat Gluten free, dairy free, egg free and low carb.
Got burnt out 6 months ago and ate to keep going and because I was stressed. Also it turns out that if you get exhausted enough, your body starts producing a hormone that makes you hungry All The Time. Not a good combo.
Trying to get back to a normal weight while house-bound with this Pandemic going on. Doing exercise classes with friends on the internet.nee to micromanage the calories for a bit though.
